Steven Spielberg 'demanded Megan Fox be fired from Transformers after Hitler comment'

Steven Spielberg demanded Megan Fox be fired from the latest Transformers film after she insulted its director, it has been revealed.
The Hollywood legend was outraged after the screen beauty compared Michael Bay to Hitler during a press interview.
The 25-year-old actress was quickly dumped from the film and replaced by British model Rosie Huntingdon-Whitley.

Fox had tried to claim she left the third in the series of the films to pursue other acting opportunities.

But ahead of the July 4 premiere of Transformers 3 director Bay has revealed for the first time he was told to get rid of the actress.

He said: 'You know the Hitler thing. Steven (Spielberg) said, fire her right now.'

Spielberg is executive producer of the film which stars Shia LaBeouf.
Fox had appeared in the first two Transformers films and the roles helped her be named one of the sexiest women in the world.

She had been cast in the third film but shortly before production began she gave an interview to the British magazine Wonderland. In it she said Bay wanted to be like Hitler on his sets.

Other crew members from the film hit back on a blog comparing Fox's acting to that of a porn star.

In an open letter posted on Michael Bay's website the crew member wrote: 'Michael found this shy, inexperienced girl, plucked her out of total obscurity thus giving her the biggest shot of any young actresses' life.

'He told everyone around to just trust him on his choice. He granted her the starring role in Transformers, a franchise that forever changed her life; she became one of the most googled and oogled women on earth.

'She was famous! She was the next Angelina Jolie, hooray! Wait a minute, two of us worked with Angelina – second thought – she's no Angelina. You see, Angelina is a professional.

'We know this quite intimately because we've had the tedious experience of working with the dumb-as-a-rock Megan Fox on both Transformers movies.'

Middletons join forces with Justin Bieber

The Middleton family have signed a multi-million dollar deal with teen pop sensation Justin Bieber to sell his merchandise in the UK.

Kate Middleton's parents Michael and Carole's mail order party supplies company Party Pieces has bought the exclusive rights to sell the 17-year-old star's new range of products.

The company announced the new deal in its online magazine Party Times, which is edited by Kate's younger sister Pippa.

"Teenage girls around the world go crazy for Bieber," the article read. "In fact, they love Justin Bieber so much that the pop star now has his very own partyware."

The new range includes plates, cups, hats and decorations bearing Justin's image. A pinata in the shape of Justin will also be available and die-hard fans can purchase the 'Justin Bieber Ultimate Party Kit', which includes enough merchandise for a party for 16 guests.

News of the deal comes just four weeks after Justin expressed his admiration for Pippa, 27, on social networking site Twitter.

Pippa won legions of fans, including Justin, after she wore a sexy figure-hugging gown to Kate's wedding to Prince William last month.

Michael and Carole have faced criticism in recent months, with many people accusing them of profiting from their daughter's marriage after royal wedding themed products were sold on the company's website.

"Congrats to William and Kate... and Kate's sister. She was a hit," Justin tweeted.

Carole Middleton started Party Pieces in 1981 while heavily pregnant with Kate. The business is now estimated to be worth more than $40 million.

ShouldArnold Schwarzenegger's mistress protect their love child?

Arnold Schwarzenegger's mistress and former housekeeper Mildred Baena has broken her silence on her affair with the star, exposing their 13-year-old son on the cover of a magazine.

Joseph Baena, already known to the public as Schwarzenegger's love child, is pictured posing with his mother on the front of UK gossip magazine Hello!.

The photo shoot accompanies an exclusive interview Mildred has emerged from hiding to give, revealing details of her relationship with the former Hollywood action star and California governor.

Hello! reports the story gives Mildred the opportunity to set the record straight, but it is likely it has also presented her with the opportunity to pocket a hefty pay check.

As the protagonist of this year's biggest celebrity scandal, young Joseph has already had his photograph on the pages of gossip magazines world over while dealing with this delicate family situation.

The latest pictures have led many to criticise Mildred for putting her young son in the international spotlight, while others object to her profiting from the transaction.

However Joseph is feeling about his newfound notoriety, Hello! Was quick to insist he was happy about one thing — the identity of his father.

The publication reports that when his grandfather sat him down a year ago to explain that Arnold Schwarzenegger was his father, Joseph exclaimed: "Cool!"

Jilted Hugh Hefner?

Playboy founder Hugh Hefner has a broken heart. His third wife-to-be, the buxom blonde Crystal Harris, broke off their engagement days before the wedding.

Making things worse for poor old Hef, the break-up came as Crystal's new single was released on iTunes, and a day or so before the latest Playboy, featuring Crystal on the cover, hit the stands.

His ex-fiancé appeared under the words: "America's Princess: Introducing Mrs Crystal Hefner" (in the US, a sticker reading "Runaway Bride" was later slapped on the front).

Hef has updated his Twitter followers on his pain, denying that Crystal broke off the relationship after a fight, as originally reported.

"I didn't see any of this coming, but I'm glad things went wrong before the marriage instead of after. Live and learn."

A cynic might suggest Crystal was using her relationship with Hef for publicity. Certainly that suspicion would gain weight if reports that Crystal had originally planned to jilt Hef at the altar for a reality television special are true.

Sarah Ferguson films return from "emotional bankruptcy"

A year after hitting rock bottom in a royal favors scandal, the disgraced former daughter-in-law of Britain's Queen Elizabeth says she is now debt-free and positive about the future.

But it was a grueling struggle back to emotional and financial health for Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, judging by a candid six-part documentary making its debut on television on Sunday.

"Finding Sarah", on Oprah Winfrey's cable channel OWN, follows the ex-wife of Prince Andrew in a search for her own self-esteem as she seeks to rebuild her life following repeated acts of what she calls "self-sabotage."

"Dear diary," Ferguson begins. "What have I done with my life? How did I get it so wrong?...After 25 years in public life, I have lost who I am and it torments me."

Ferguson, 51, embarked on the documentary after being caught in a British tabloid newspaper sting in May 2010 in which she offered to sell access to Prince Andrew for $40,000.

It was the ultimate fall from grace for the exuberant, flame-haired duchess. Hailed as a breath of fresh air when she married the Queen's second son in 1986, she was later dubbed the "Duchess of Pork" by British tabloids.

The answers to her latest quest come just as harshly in "Finding Sarah." TV advice guru Dr. Phil McGraw tells a tearful Ferguson that she is "emotionally bankrupt," and diagnoses her as being addicted to the approval of others.

Financial self-help expert Suze Orman tells her she is "broken inside," and urges her to become financially independent from Prince Andrew. The couple divorced in 1996 but Andrew later provided Ferguson with a free home in England.

Ferguson also visits a horse whisperer, a shaman in the Arizona desert, U.S. life coach Martha Beck, and embarks on a

26-mile trek through Canada's Arctic region in a test of her physical and mental stamina.

"To have the ability to go and see Dr. Phil or Suze Orman or Martha Beck...was an extraordinary honor for me," Ferguson told Reuters in an interview this week.

"By filming it, I hope that people watching will maybe relate to the feelings that I have felt, and see how Dr. Phil and Suze Orman and others give you the tools to be able to change your life," she added.

Lindsay Lohan wins restraining order against man

Actress Lindsay Lohan on Wednesday won a two-year restraining order against a man she says sent her delusional phone text messages and left chocolates at her door.

The order by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Joseph Biderman came after Lohan had obtained a temporary restraining order against David Cocordan.

Lohan did not attend the court hearing on Wednesday because she was serving a home detention sentence for jewelry theft. She is expected to be released around the end of June.

The 24 year-old star of the films "Mean Girls" and "Freaky Friday" said in court papers last month that Cocordan believed he was in a romantic relationship with her.

Lohan also accused him of contacting her with more than 100 unwanted phone calls and sexually explicit text messages since 2009.

Lohan, who was once considered one of Hollywood's most promising actors, has barely been out of the news for four years due to repeated trips to jail and drug rehabilitation.

Rocker Jack White and wife throw a divorce party

(Reuters) - For rocker Jack White and his model wife Karen Elson, parting is such a sweet party!

The couple said they plan a celebration on Friday night in Nashville, Tennessee, in honor of their pending divorce, which they also announced on Friday.

An invitation posted online said the get-together will mark White and Elson's "6th anniversary and their upcoming divorce with a positive swing bang hum dinger."

"The party will include dancing, photos, memories and drinks with alcohol in them. This is only for close personal friends and family so please no plus ones or dead beats," the invitation said.

White and Elson, who were married in June 2005, have two children together, Scarlett and Henry Lee.

"We feel so fortunate for the time we have shared and the time we will continue to spend both separately and together watching our children grow," the couple said in a statement.

They did not say whey they were splitting up.

Tracy Morgan apologizes for anti-gay jokes

(Reuters) - Comedian and "30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan on Friday apologized for making a series of anti-gay remarks, including a reported joke that he would stab his own son to death if he spoke in a "gay voice".

Morgan's apology followed criticism of his stand-up act in Nashville last week, in which he was also quoted as having taken gays to task for "whining about something as insignificant as bullying."

"I want to apologize to my fans and the gay & lesbian community for my choice of words at my recent stand-up act in Nashville," Morgan said in a statement.

"I'm not a hateful person and don't condone any kind of violence against others. While I am an equal opportunity jokester, and my friends know what is in my heart, even in a comedy club this clearly went too far and was not funny in any context," he added.

Morgan's remarks at the June 3 Nashville performance were reported by the gay campaign group Truth Wins Out, and other members of the audience.

Morgan, 42, who has three children, also claimed that being gay is a choice and something that kids learn from the media, according to the reports.

"Jokes that make light of violence directed at gay and lesbian youth aren't only offensive, they put our kids in harm's way," said Jarrett Barrios, president of the gay and lesbian campaign group GLAAD.

"Tracy Morgan must not only apologize, but assure us that this won't happen again and send a clear message to Americans that anti-gay violence is no joke," Barrios said on Friday.

Jodie Foster recalls fame struggle

Jodie Foster wouldn’t have become an actress if she had the knowledge she does today when she was starting out.

The Hollywood star began her career young, appearing as a prostitute in Taxi Driver when she was only 14. She continued making movies but also wanted to learn, so began studying at Yale University. However, her chances of a normal life were ruined when a man who had been stalking her tried to assassinate then US President Ronald Reagan, saying he wanted to impress the star. She was also stalked by another man and both experiences have left an indelible mark on the star. She is fiercely protective of her private life and doesn’t discuss the incidents.

Jodie still enjoys moviemaking, but her horrific experiences mean she struggles with the fame aspect of the business.

“If I knew what I knew today, and if I was 17 years old and wanting to have a career, I don't know that I would pick acting. It's not about the acting; I could act all day long. It's the rest of it,” she told British newspaper The Independent.

“I don't think I would change anything if I went back to the 60s and 70s. I mean, how amazing – I made movies with fantastic people in the 70s and all the amazing experiences and the people that I met and the great places that I've been, I don't think I would change any of that.”

The 48-year-old wishes she could have spent more time studying. She feels she missed out on a lot in her younger years due to her work schedule, and it’s that portion of time she would love to recapture.

“Sometimes I wish I'd gone to grad school. I wish I could have fitted that in or maybe had a little time in film school. I think that it would have been fun to run around New York City with a camera… I never had that. I always had responsibility,” she explained.

Jodie directs as well as acts and realises her movies tend to share themes. She knows she often depicts the media in a certain way when she’s behind the camera, and is perfectly aware why that is.

Her time as a child and young woman and the things she went through had an enormous effect on her, and continually come to the fore when she’s planning a picture.

“There's a theme in my movies, it happens over and over again – and I don't know why I'm attracted to this – but the characters expose themselves publicly and they're used in some ways by the media as a train-wreck. And in some ways they are exposing themselves in the deepest way, they're exposing their most vulnerable things,” she mused. "It's a comment on how I grew up.”

Scarlett 'too intense' for Sean Penn?

Scarlett Johansson was too “intense” for Sean Penn, according to sources.

Rumours of a romance between the Hollywood beauty and the American actor first surfaced back in January when the pair reportedly hooked up while staying at Los Angeles’ Chateau Marmont hotel.

Scarlett was said to have been “besotted” with the actor who is more than 20 years her senior.

After a whirlwind five-month affair, the pair split earlier this month, and now reports have emerged that Scarlett was a little too keen for her former beau.

“Sean is simply not ready for a long-term or very serious relationship, given it’s too soon since he and Robin [Wright] divorced. Scarlett’s intensity just scared him - which is kind of funny, given how intense Sean is,” a source told the Chicago Sun-Times.

The former couple were spotted on a number of dates – including a romantic day trip to Mexico. Insiders also claimed that Scarlett had “essentially moved in” to Sean's Los Angeles mansion.

A source close to Sean has now revealed the Oscar-winning actor started to “totally freak out” when “a very emotionally needy” Scarlett moved in.

The stunning star is currently in the process of divorcing Ryan Reynolds.

British pop mogul Cowell goes to police over fix claim

LONDON - Pop mogul Simon Cowell has called in police over Internet allegations that his firm groomed a contestant on "Britain's Got Talent" and that the popular TV show is therefore fixed, police said on Friday.

Cowell's lawyers made the complaint to officers after an anonymous blogger alleged that Ronan Parke, the 12-year-old favourite to win Saturday's final, had been secretly advised by his company for two years.

The blogger claimed Parke already has a management deal with Cowell's company Syco and had received guidance on his hairstyle, clothing and mannerisms.

London police have yet to decide if they will take action over the complaint.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said: "An allegation of malicious communications was made to Kensington and Chelsea police on Thursday June 2.

"The allegation is being considered."

The schoolboy, who bears a passing resemblance to teenage heartthrob singer Justin Bieber, won the viewers' vote on Monday, putting him straight through to the Saturday final.

Syco and Sony Music said they would take legal action to "prevent further publication of these unfounded allegations".

Syco said in a statement: "There has been speculation on the Internet that Britain's Got Talent finalist Ronan Parke was known to and worked with Syco/Sony Music before entering the show. There is no truth in this story whatsoever.

"Ronan first came to Syco/Sony's attention when he entered this year's competition."

Parke's mother Maggie also dismissed claims that he was auditioned by talent scouts after being spotted performing at a birthday party for a friend of his parents.

"It's laughable, to be perfectly honest with you, and it couldn't be further from the truth," she told BBC radio.

"There's no foundation in it whatsoever."

Cowell has endured a turbulent few weeks after British pop star Cheryl Cole was dropped from the judging panel of the US version of another of his shows, "The X Factor", reportedly because American audiences could not understand her accent.

Sheen, Mueller reach custody agreement

Guess everybody's winning now.

After months of private negotiations, Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Brooke Mueller have reached a new custody agreement for their twin, two-year-old sons Bob and Max, Us Weekly has confirmed.

Both Sheen, 45, and Mueller, 33, are "satisfied" with the new terms, an insider adds. No further details on the agreement have been disclosed.

But it's a much more civil ending to the former spouses' very public battle over their boys. Back in March, a judge ordered that Bob and Max be removed from Sheen's L.A. home (then also inhabited by his two "goddess" companions Bree Olson and Natalie Kenly) in the midst of his notorious meltdown and "Two and a Half Men" firing.

A month later, Sheen lost his court bid for sole custody of the boys. Both he and Mueller have battled drug addictions over the years, clocking in rehab stints (at facilities and at home) this past year. An earlier custody agreement had stipulated both parents stay alcohol and drug-free — with another rule forbidding either Sheen or Mueller from being photographed with the kids while with a romantic partner.

Living apart since Christmas 2009 (when Sheen infamously threatened Mueller with a knife), the couple finalized their divorce in early May. Sheen agreed to pay Mueller (his third ex-wife) $55,000 per month in child support.
